Design & Development

With three decades of experience in designing adhesives that are skin-friendly, and materials that are highly conformable, we are experts in making medical wearable devices and patches as comfortable as possible. Our adhesive formulations can be customised to support a variety of patient circumstances, such as patients with fragile skin, or patients with high moisture and activity levels.

Our experience has also shown which form factors and designs not only work best for patients, but are ideal for scaled production. This experience can save considerable development time for device manufacturers.

 

Contract Manufacturing

Vancive Medical Technologies is committed to deliver products and services of the highest possible standards to satisfy or exceed customer requirements for quality, safety, reliability, and service. We have over three decades of experience in contract manufacturing. Our facilities are ISO 13485 and GMP compliant, including high-speed pilot and production lines in a class 1 capable cleanroom, supporting rapid prototyping during development and rapid scale-up for commercial production. Our precision coating capabilities, and environmental controls, give us the ability to adhere to stringent specifications.
